BIGOLIVE VIP Service Terms and Conditions

Welcome to use our VIP Service (as defined below), this BIGOLIVE VIP Service Terms and Conditions (“Agreement” or “VIP Terms”) sets forth the terms of your participation as a member to accept our VIP Service (“you”, “your” or “VIP User”). This Agreement is entered into by and between BIGOLIVE and the customer identified in online enrolment to become a VIP User (as defined below). Under this Agreement, “BIGOLIVE” or “we” shall mean BIGO TECHNOLOGY PTE.LTD., a company with its registered address at 30 Pasir Panjang Road #15-31A Mapletree Business City, Singapore 117440, or its affiliates.
BIGOLIVE Platform, under this Agreement, shall include Bigo Live APP, BIGO LIVE LITE www.bigo.tv and other platforms we online from time to time subject to our user agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before you use our Service. It is the user’s responsibility to review updated terms or notifications. Continued use of VIP Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms as follows:
“User Level” is a ranking system applicable to all users on BIGO LIVE, determined by factors such as registration duration and user activity. It reflects the user’s general engagement with the platform and may evolve as the user participates more actively over time.
“VIP Privileges” refer to exclusive benefits, features, or services made available to users who purchase VIP Service offered by BIGO LIVE. These privileges may include, but are not limited to, enhanced access to content, priority customer support, exclusive in-app special effects and rewards, or other special offerings that are not available to standard users.
“VIP Services” refer to a comprehensive set of premium offerings aimed at providing superior user experience to VIP users. The scope, availability, and terms of VIP Privileges are determined by the specific VIP plan.
“VIP Users” refer to BIGOLIVE users who have subscribed to exclusive VIP Privileges as part of a paid membership.
“VIP Membership Level” applies exclusively to VIP Users who have subscribed to the VIP Service. It is determined based on the user’s corresponding User Level range and categorizes VIP Users into different tiers of Membership Levels. Each Membership Level grants access to specific VIP Privileges and benefits of varying value.
1.Governance of other Terms
1.1 Integrated Agreement. Please note that your access to VIP Service is also governed by the terms, conditions. limitations and requirements linked in these VIP Terms, all of which (as may be changed over time) are incorporated into these VIP Terms as inseparable part of this Agreement.
1.2 User Agreement. These VIP Terms complement and incorporate by reference the BIGOLIVE Use Agreement (“User Agreement”). In the event of any conflict between the User Agreement and these VIP Terms, the User Agreement will control.
1.3 Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy , as we apply this Privacy Policy to explain how we process any personal data we collect for VIP and VIP Service under this Agreement.
1.4 Other Policies. In addition, you will be subject to BIGOLIVE’s Community Conventions , Broadcaster Agreement and you will be subject to additional guidelines or rules that are posted on the Services or made available to you, or applicable to specific services and features that are disclosed to you in connection with such Services.
2.VIP Service Terms
2.1 Eligibility. In order to receive BIGOLIVE VIP Service, you must own a BIGOLIVE user account. You may place your VIP order by following our instruction on our VIP page on BIGOLIVE App by clicking “Check My VIP” button (“VIP Page”) .
2.2 Service Fee. You can navigate to the designated VIP Page, and follow the instructions to select and complete your purchase. Users will use in-app Diamonds, earned or purchased, to subscribe to relevant VIP plans. To the full extent permitted by the applicable laws, Diamonds used for VIP subscriptions are non-refundable.
2.3 Active BIGOLIVE VIP. An active BIGOLIVE VIP membership is defined as a successfully paid subscription for our VIP Services, with the services remaining within their validity period and no associated refunds or payment disputes. Please note, however, that we reserve the right to deactivate your BIGOLIVE VIP membership. To maintain uninterrupted access, it is essential to ensure sufficient Diamonds are available and successfully deducted before the membership expiration date.
2.4 BIGOLIVE VIP Privileges. By joining BIGOLIVE VIP and accepting these VIP Terms, you are entitled to obtain BIGOLIVE VIP packages and other entitlements. For more details, please visit our VIP Page . As User Level increases, the scope, availability, and duration of remaining VIP Services, along with the associated privileges, may be adjusted to reflect the enhanced membership status.
2.5 Auto-renewing Monthly Subscription. We provide an auto-renewing monthly subscription purchase option, which are available and specially declared at the VIP Page (“Auto-renewing Subscription”). For users who have enabled the auto-renewal feature for their VIP services, if your account has not experienced an upgrade in VIP Membership Level during the current VIP Service term, a one-month VIP Service fee will be automatically deducted within the last 48 hours of each month (hereinafter refers to “Deduction Period” , where “each month” refers to every 30-day natural period starting from the activation date of the current VIP service). For users whose VIP Membership Level upgraded during the current service term, no automatic deduction will be processed, even if the auto-renewal feature is enabled.
Cancellation of Auto-renew Subscription must be taken prior to the Deduction Period. You will need to follow the cancellation steps: Go to [ME] page → Click [My VIP] → Click [button] → [Subscriptions], and select the option to cancel the BIGO LIVE monthly VIP membership subscription.

3. Breach of this Agreement
3.1 Suspension or Termination. Without notice to you, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your VIP and/or your participation in BIGOLIVE VIP (in whole or in part) if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these VIP Terms, or that the use of your VIP or your participation in BIGOLIVE VIP Services is unauthorized, abusive, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. We may, in our sole discretion, suspend, cancel or combine VIPs that appear to be duplicative.
3.2 No Liability. BIGOLIVE shall not be liable to you if we terminate the Service in accordance with order or decree from competent authorities or if we reasonably believe that your conducts violate the regulation of BIGOLIVE platform.
4. Miscellaneous
4.1 Adjustment. BIGOLIVE reserves its absolute discretion to modify, enhance, or discontinue any VIP privileges, services, or features at its sole discretion, subject to applicable laws. In the event of significant changes to VIP privileges or terms, we will provide advance notice to users via in-app notifications, or other appropriate communication channels. The notice period will be at least 15 days unless otherwise required by law. Modifications will not affect rights already granted or violate any applicable consumer protection laws. If users do not agree to the changes, they may choose to cancel any auto-renewal option as described in section 2.5.
4.2 Effective Date and Transition Period. This Agreement will be executed concurrently with the official launch of the new version of the VIP Service (expected in January 2025, hereinafter referred to as “Effective Date”). The first three months following the Effective Date shall constitute a transition period, during which users may continue to use the VIP Services under the rules in effect prior to the Agreement’s activation. After the transition period, any remaining valid VIP Services will automatically be governed by the VIP service terms set forth in this Agreement, in accordance with the conversion rules displayed on your VIP page. 4.3 Dispute Resolution. These VIP Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the law of Singapore. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in relation to these VIP Terms, the parties hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore International Arbitration Centre in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre for the time being in force.
4.4 Validity. If any parts of these VIP Terms are found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, then such part shall be severed from the remainder of the VIP Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
