Bigolive VIP Service Terms and Conditions

Welcome to use our VIP service (hereinafter referred to as “VIP Service”). This Bigolive VIP Service Terms and Conditions (“Agreement” or “VIP Terms”) sets forth the terms of your participation as a member to accept our VIP Service (“VIP”). The Agreement is effective as of the date of activating your Bigolive VIP. This Agreement is entered into by and between Bigolive and the customer identified in on-line enrollment to become a VIP. Under this Agreement, “Bigo” or “we” shall mean BIGO TECHNOLOGY PTE.LTD., a company with its registered address at 30 Pasir Panjang Road #15-31A Mapletree Business City, Singapore 117440, or its affiliates.
Bigolive Platform, under this Agreement, shall include Bigo Live APP, BIGO LIVE LITE www.bigo.tv and other platform we online from time to time subject to our user agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before you use our Service. By subscribing our Service, you agree to be bound under the terms and conditions as follows:
1. Governance of other Terms
1.1 Integrated Agreement. Please note that your access to and participation in Bigo VIP is also governed by the terms, conditions, limitations and requirements linked in these VIP Terms, all of which (as may be changed over time) are incorporated into these VIP Terms as inseparable part of this Agreement.
1.2 User Agreement . These VIP Terms complement and incorporate by reference the BIGO LIVE User Agreement (“User Agreement”). In the event of any conflict between the User Agreement and these VIP Terms, the User Agreement will control.
1.3 Privacy Policy . Please review our Privacy Policy , as we apply this Privacy Policy to explain how we process any personal data we collect for VIP and VIP Service under this Agreement.
1.4 Other Policies. In addition, you will be subject to BIGO LIVE’s Community Conventions , Broadcaster Agreement and you will be subject to additional guidelines or rules that are posted on the Services or made available to you, or applicable to specific services and features that are disclosed to you in connection with such Services.
2. VIP Service Terms
2.1 Joining Bigolive VIP. In order to receive Bigolive VIP Service for a purchase, you must own a Bigolive user account. You may place your VIP order by following our instruction on our VIP page on Bigolive App by clicking “Check My Vip” button (“VIP Page”). Purchases can be made 24 hours per day on Bigolive App. Unless otherwise indicated, any other websites owned or operated by Bigo or its affiliates are not eligible for Bigolive VIP or other Bigolive s VIP benefits.
2.2 Service Fee. There are service fees associated with Bigolive VIP. For more details, please visit our VIP Page. After you placed the Service order through Bigolive Platform, you will need to furnish your purchase through the applicable payment provider displayed to you at the order page (“Applicable Payment Method”). Your payment and using of payment method will subject to the payment policy established by these Applicable Payment Provider.
2.3 Active Bigolive VIP. An active Bigolive VIP membership shall be defined as the successful payment for our VIP Services, and the VIP Services remaining within their validity period without any refund and/or payment disputes. However, please note that we reserve the right to deactivate your Bigolive VIP membership and revoke its benefits under a refund claim or non-payment. To maintain your VIP membership, it is essential to ensure timely and successful payment for the Service.
2.4 Auto-renewing Subscription. We provide an auto-renewing subscription option at a price of 2.29 USD per month, which are available and specially declared at the VIP Page (“Auto-renewing Subscription”). If you choose Auto-renewing Subscription, until you terminate or cancel the subscription, you will be automatically charged by Applicable Payment Method on monthly basis.
Cancellation of Auto-renew Subscription must be taken 48 hours before next billing period. For VIP subscriptions made through the iOS system, you will need to follow the cancellation steps: Go to [Settings] from the Home page → Click [iTunes Store and App Store] → Click [Apple ID], select [View Apple ID] → [Account Settings] → [Subscriptions], and select the option to cancel the BIGO LIVE monthly VIP membership subscription.
2.5 Bigolive VIP Entitlement. By joining Bigolive VIP and accepting these Vip Terms, you are entitled to obtain Bigolive diamonds packages and other VIP privileges. For more details, please visit our VIP Page.

3.Breach of this Agreement
3.1 Suspension or Termination . Without notice to you, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your VIP and/or your participation in Bigolive VIP (in whole or in part) if Bigo determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these VIP Terms, or that the use of your VIP or your participation in Bigolive VIP is unauthorized, abusive, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. We may, in our sole discretion, suspend, cancel or combine VIP that appear to be duplicative.
3.2 No Liability . Bigo shall not be liable to you if Bigo terminates the Service in accordance with order or decree from competent authorities or if Bigo reasonably believes that your conducts violate the regulation of Bigolive platform.
4. Miscellaneous
4.1 Adjustment .BIGO reserves its absolute discretion to change, adjust and remove the Services and these VIP Terms with cause or without cause.
4.2 Dispute Resolution. These VIP Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the law of Singapore. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in relation to these VIP Terms, the parties hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore International Arbitration Centre in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre for the time being in force.
4.3 Validity. If any part of these VIP Terms are found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable then such part shall be severed from the remainder of the VIP Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
